Action items

@Ali Shaikh kick off the UI wireframes
@Oliver Dolk kick off the TS SDK (see LD for inspiration)
@Anuj Dhavalikar kick off the rust implementation of the core
@Chris J finish off core (targeting & evaluation), help Ali with the wireframes & UI

Decisions

  1. Going to swap over to rust, after the MVP is complete. Anuj will kick off the rust implementation of the core.
  2. Using Rocket.rs (unstable) over Actix.rs
